Launching or buying a token through itchpad involves significant risk. Read this before you send funds.
- Extreme volatility. Tokens launched via pump.fun's bonding curve can lose most or all of their value quickly, including immediately after launch.
- Total loss is possible. You should only send the setup amount shown on your launch page if you're prepared to lose it entirely. This is not a savings product, a loan, or a guaranteed-return instrument.
- Smart contract risk is third-party. pump.fun is an independent, third-party on-chain program. itchpad does not audit, control, or guarantee the security of its code. A bug or exploit in it is outside itchpad's control.
- The 95/5 fee split is on-chain, not adjustable per-launch. Once installed, itchpad cannot change, pause, or reverse the split — it executes exactly as pump.fun's program enforces it. If future trading volume is low or zero, the fees available to distribute may also be low or zero; itchpad does not guarantee any level of trading-fee revenue.
- Withdrawals are irreversible. A withdrawal from your itchpad wallet to an external address is a normal on-chain transaction — itchpad cannot reverse, refund, or recover it once sent, including if you enter the wrong destination address.
- No warranty on market data. Price, market cap, liquidity, and volume figures shown on itchpad are sourced from GeckoTerminal's public API and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
- A token may exist without the developer's involvement. itchpad allows anyone to launch a token for a public itch.io game page, including people who are not that game's developer. A live token existing for a game is not confirmation that the developer is aware of it, endorses it, or has claimed any part of it. Do not treat a token's existence as developer endorsement.
- Regulatory risk. The legal status of tokens and token launches varies by jurisdiction and may change. You're responsible for understanding and complying with the laws that apply to you.
By launching a token or sending funds through itchpad, you acknowledge you understand and accept these risks.
